We’re proud of the personal service we support, and this starts with our service desk. Call or email with your problem and one of our experienced technicians will get right on it.

We aim to solve most issues the first time, without fuss, and with minimal disruption. It’s likely you’ll speak to the same friendly technician each time, who will get to know how your business works. If a first-time solution cannot be found then we’ll continue to work on it, keeping you in the loop with any progress, and making sure you’re happy before the job is closed.

Most issues can be solved remotely, though an on-site visit may be necessary in some cases. This will be arranged in-line with your agreed support contract. We have offices in London and in Southend-On-Sea, Essex, so we’ll be with you in no time.
