Service Desk Remote Support

Support for your business when you need it most

Service Desk Remote Support

We’re proud of the personal service we provide to many businesses we support, and this starts with our service desk. Call or email with your problem and one of our experienced technicians will get right on it.

We aim to solve most issues the first time, without fuss, and with minimal disruption to your business. It’s likely you’ll speak to the same friendly technician each time, who will get to know how your business works. If a first-time solution cannot be found then we’ll continue to work on it, keeping you in the loop with any progress, and making sure you’re happy before the job is closed.

Most issues can be solved remotely, though an on-site visit to your office or site may be necessary in some cases. This will be arranged in-line with your agreed support contract. We have offices in London and in Southend-On-Sea, Essex, so we’ll be with you in no time.

An IT Support contract with Plan IT Support gives you nearly twenty years of collective IT experience. We don’t offer a standard support contract or a cookie-cutter solution; whether your business is just starting up or you’re an established office with many layers of systems, we’ll work together to assess your needs and agree on a support contract that works for you.

If you’re not sure about the benefits of IT support for your business, take a look at our dedicated post which highlights 5 important reasons.
