We can supply you with a single laptop, or we can project manage an entire new office from the ground up. PCs, laptops, routers and switches, printers, cabling, servers, NAS drives, UPSs – we advise on and supply all of these.

We have offices in Bloomsbury, central London and in sunny Southend-On-Sea, Essex, and our clients work everywhere in-between, and beyond. We provide business IT solutions to SMEs all over the Essex and Greater London area.
We aim to solve most issues first time and remotely, but we know that’s not always possible. Our clients know that if a visit is required, we’re just down the road, wherever they are. Our responses are quick, friendly and personal.
We’re a small team of friendly, experienced IT technicians in London and Essex, and we love what we do. We’re proud to have created a workspace that encourages our team to grow and improve. We are constantly learning and adapting to new technology. This is great fun for us, but we know it also creates fantastic value for you!

All of it! We support small and medium enterprises all over London and Essex.
What are your response times?
As part of your onboarding we’ll negotiate a service level agreement which will outline your guaranteed response times. We aim to action quick jobs as soon as they’re reported, but some jobs will take a little longer. We’ll keep you in loop every step of the way.
How much does a support contract cost?
Every support contract with Plan IT Support is different, so prices will vary quite a bit. Once we get to know your business needs, we will have a better idea of what it will cost. We offer monthly contracts or ad-hoc, pay-as-you-go solutions.
Do you do one-off jobs?
You may have a big or small IT project in mind, or an IT issue in need of a solution. We tackle most things. Get in touch.
Can you take over from my current IT support provider?
If you’ve decided it’s time to move on from your current IT guys, we’ll handle the transition smoothly and amicably. We can make sure all of your IT services are brought across, and that no individual or organisation is left with security access they shouldn’t have.
Do you provide 24-hour IT support?
This can be discussed as part of your service level agreement.
